Recycle for Merseyside and Halton

Bicycles can be accepted at all 14 of Merseyside's Household Waste Recycling Centres as scrap metal. If you have a bicycle you no longer want you could give it to a friend or family member. Bicycles are also collected by Re-Cycle, the Bicycle Charity. The bicycles are sent to developing countries where they are repaired and reused. See www.re-cycle.org for more information.
